Christmas is a wonderful time of the year. A chance to take a break from our hectic lives and spend some time with the ones we cherish, to share smiles, laughter, happiness and love.
It can also be a stressful time especially in the lead-up to the big day.
Worrying about the pressure of gift giving, including the financial strain can take a toll on us emotionally including me!
